The mission of the Commission on Affairs of the Elderly is to enhance the quality of life for Boston's senior citizens through planning, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of services to the elderly in an efficient and effective manner.

  • Elderly Site Visit At Mattapan Branch Library

    Elderly/Housing Advocate Stephanie Robinson Ellis from the City of Boston, Elderly Commission will provide resources and referrals in housing, food stamps and utilities and will assist in completing various applications when needed. She will inform elders of upcoming City events, seasonal trips and current issues and/or new policies. Taxi coupon books will be sold during the site visit.

    You can visit Stephanie R. Ellis at Mattapan Branch Library located at 1350 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, MA. Mrs. Ellis will be available on Wednesday during the following dates and hours:

    Jauary 25, 2012            February 22, 2012         March 28, 2012
