*Note: We are now offering the feature of emailing database search information. the procedure is as follows: you will give us a call and we will give you a price quote on the particular search you are requesting (date, type of business, name, etc.). You will then mail a business check in the amount quoted. Once we receive the business check, we will then email the information you requested. No personal checks accepted.

If you already have an active account with us that has a credit balance, we can immediately email the information to you and we will deduct the amount from your account. Confirmation of the transaction will be mailed to you under separate cover.

If you would like to establish an account with this office, please send a letter stating your interest with the search criteria, how often you want this information to be sent to you, a contact person who will be handling the account and a startup business check in the amount of $100.00, made payable to the City of Boston.
